LIGHTING INTENSITY
Light intensity can be manipulated through grow light positioning. Light intensity or distance between your plants and your LED grow lights is crucial to the health of your plants and their yields. The recommended distance is dependent on the type of plant as well as the plant stage. As a general rule more mature plants can handle a higher light intensity so you can position the light closer to the plant. Seedlings thrive with less intense light, so it is optimal to position your plant further from the light source. |

FULL SPECTRUM
Red + Blue Spectrum lighting allows the grower to toggle between two parts of the light spectrum and select the color that is most appropriate for the stage of growth with a single light fixture. By manipulating the spectrum, you can usher your indoor plants through the grow cycle at a faster rate. |
Blue Light is most useful in the vegetative phase. Blue promotes root development, and strong, stocky plant growth. |
Red Light works best in the flowering phase of plant growth. Red offers a higher intensity and promotes a higher yield. |
Another advantage of LED Grow Lights is the huge reduction in heat produced. This allows for the light source to be much closer to the plant or plant canopy without risk of burning the plant. Additionally, when being used indoors it removes the need for heat evacuation in the room the plant is being grown in, further saving you money on energy usage. |
